1. What We Offer
- Inner Healing: digital journals, printable and fillable workbooks, and other downloadable files, delivered by email and through your account.
- Outer Healing: handcrafted, wire-wrapped crystal jewelry, shipped from Vermont.
- Embodied Healing: handmade salves, oxymels, and other botanical preparations, shipped from Vermont.
- Sage Exclusive: custom and commissioned pieces, and one-on-one Energy Support sessions.
- Gift Cards: redeemable on anything in the shop.
- Printed journals: paperback editions are printed and shipped by Amazon (Kindle Direct Publishing) and sold through Amazon.
2. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel an order affected by such an error, with a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
3. Shipping
Physical items are packed by hand and most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; lost or damaged packages are handled under our Return Policy. Printed journals ordered through Amazon are shipped under Amazon’s terms.
4. Digital Product License
When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license.
You may: download the file and print copies for your own personal use.
You may not: resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the files; upload them to file-sharing or AI-training services; or use the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Custom Orders & Sage Exclusive
Custom work begins once a deposit is received. Because each custom piece is made for one person, custom and personalized items are final sale except where they arrive damaged or defective. Natural stones vary in color, pattern, and inclusions; no two pieces are identical, and photographs are representative.
6. Energy Support Sessions
Energy Support is a spiritual and intuitive practice offered for personal growth and well-being. It is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed professional. Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are set out in our Return Policy.
7. Botanical Products
Salves, oxymels, herbs, and other botanical products are for the external or educational use stated on the label. They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Review the full ingredient list before ordering, especially if you have known allergies or are pregnant or nursing, and consult a healthcare professional before use. Patch-test topical products before first use.
8. Crystals & Metaphysical Information
Descriptions of the traditional, energetic, and metaphysical properties of stones and plants are shared for educational and spiritual purposes. They reflect long-standing traditions and our own practice, and are not medical claims.
9. Journals & Workbooks
Our journals and workbooks are tools for self-reflection and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for professional mental health counseling or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
10. Gift Cards & Store Credit
Gift cards and store credit are valid for not less than five years from the date of issuance, as required by 8 V.S.A. § 2702. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and lost or stolen cards are not replaced unless the card can be verified.
11. Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and damage claims are governed by our Return Policy, which is part of these terms.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and product content on sageavenueco.com and within our journals and products are the intellectual property of The Beauty Way LLC. Unauthorized use of our brand or content is prohibited.
13. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information at checkout so digital files and shipments reach you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you hold under Vermont or federal consumer protection law.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when the order was placed.
